Step 1: Shampoo and condition with Carol's Daughter Monoi. After just the first use with Carol's Daughter shampoo and conditioner, you will notice your hair is softer and shinier. This is because the product does not contain any sulfate, otherwise known as sodium laureth sulfate and ammonium laureth sulfate. Sulfate is used in shampoo to create a cheap lathering effect (also used in many household cleaning products). It does nothing for your hair except leave it frizzy and dried out after use. With a sulfate free shampoo, you are allowing the rich vitamins and minerals to absorb in your hair making it stronger and more beautiful.
Step 2: For an even deeper conditioning, Macadamia Natural Oil provides a deep repair masque for your hair that uses natural oils from the macadamia nut to kick up that boost of shine. This is a stronger conditioner so I recommend this every two to three days to prevent OVER shine. (Apparently, this is the masque used by Kim Kardashian's hair stylists, whether thats true or not I'm not sure...but either way it works!)
Step 3: To prevent breakage and heat damage from the blowdryer, Redken's Satin Wear 02 Heat protectant creme is applied to dampened hair post shower. Its a great creme that is activated under the blowdryer to prevent drying and frizzing!
Step 4: POST STYLING, apply John Frieda's Frizz-ease for a final touch of shine to either straight or curled tendrils!

Maggie
